Only 10% of our happiness state is due to our external circumstances. Another 50% is genetic. This leaves 40% over which we have control. We can actually learn to be happy. This course is an introduction to mindfulness meditation, and to mindfulness living. Mindfulness is beneficial to everyone, of every age, gender, disposition or demography .It can not only change our perspective on life, but it can change our brain, which in turn can lead to greater happiness.

The lectures for this course are delivered via video and an audio MP4 so that you can download them onto your own device. This is so that you can practice each lesson in their own time.

How long the course takes is up to the individual learner.I advise listening to each lesson in Section 1 in sequence, then downloading the full meditation and practicing it until the technique is familiar and comfortable, before continuing to the next section.

Then practice some or all of the meditation in Section 2, in whatever order, before moving on to trying the meditations in Section 3.
