This Online Meditation and Mindfulness Training invites you to take your inner growth process to the next level.

In 7 lessons you will learn:

  • how to meditate and become more relaxed
  • to become (more) aware of who you are and what it is that you do
  • to look at yourself more friendly
  • to enjoy the present moment

Each lesson will take about an hour of your time and consists of:

  • an introduction video
  • text with essential background information
  • at least one meditation exercise (in text and as an audio file)
  • tips and assignments

It will take at least 7 weeks to complete the course. It is no problem if it takes longer. Most important is to exercise regularly (2 to 3 times a week preferably) and to follow your own rhythm.

Taking this course is a good idea whenever you:

  • would like to give your inner self more attention, but you don't know how
  • feel tensed, restless or you have trouble falling asleep
  • would like to improve your ability to concentrate
  • would like to feel more at ease with yourself
