This program is designed for fresh graduate student who wish to embark into the IT world. It starts with the basics of the information technology then build the student knowledge and skills in the IT network field. Along side of that, the diploma students will have the chance to enforce their achievement with an international certification awarded by Microsoft and CompTIA once they pass the international exam.

General Objectives

• Install the operating system on the PC and connected devices and resources to the network
• Use of communication tools to connect users to more than a Network
• Create & Manage user accounts network
• Monitoring network performance and Troubleshooting problems
• Design a security framework for networks
• Create backups of data and information within the network regularly
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems & resources
• Upgrade the operating systems, networks and software applications within the network training users on new systems
