Business leaders, today and in the future, require a solid understanding of the abilities needed to manage in an ever-changing environment. They must be capable, analytical and creative in formulating and implementing strategic decisions as well as be able to develop networks of relationships which improve their organizations. An effective business leader must be equipped with a working knowledge of the fundamental operations and techniques of management, an understanding of human behavior, communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to grasp accounting, computational, financial and quantitative systems and techniques. ALHOSN University’s Master of Business Administration(MBA) Program is committed to developing students with such expertise. The program caters to students, holding any undergraduate degree, who aspire to senior managerial positions.
