The main objective of the UoJ MBA program is to equip students with comprehensive, highly specialized knowledge and understanding of the major functional areas of business and related fields.
Also, to prepare students for continuous application of this knowledge through case studies and/or research projects in order to be able to manage and/or lead in organizations in such a way that optimal outcomes maybe realized from each decision, taking into account the impact on any part of the organization and external responses that might take place.
The program addresses the core concepts and emerging themes of functional areas of business management. Also the international business environment is appropriately addressed. Students will have the opportunity to develop their competency in a particular business area through their chosen elective.
The program addresses team building and leadership, strategic management, finance and accounting, economic analysis for manager, business ethics, critical thinking, and research.

University of Jazeera (UoJ) responds to national, regional and international changes by embracing diversity and nurturing innovation in learning & teaching, research and community service. UOJ is dedicated to develop a community of scholars that promotes ethical behavior and disseminates knowledge to the UAE society and throughout the world.
Our university is structured academically in four colleges: Law and Economics (one program), Business Administration (three programs), Communication and Media Sciences (three programs) and Information Technology (one program). One of the main objectives of Jazeera University is to diversify. Diversification at UoJ does not mean only to continuously add new programs, but also to introduce new unique programs. At the undergraduate level a large number of new programs are being introduces: an MBA and 3 new programs in Business Administration, two programs in physiology and sociology, a master in Islamic Economics, three programs in Engineering and a master in Media and Communication.
The University of Jazeera prepares its graduates to be proficient in the English and Arabic languages and in the use of computing technology. They should be skilled in critical thinking and analysis, knowledgeable about their own culture and history, and global in their understanding and perspective. They should be well-prepared to become leaders in government, businesses, and civil society.
