On completion of this programme, participants will have acquired a range of management skills, shared views which will enhance effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the organisation and cultivate the management ability of each individual. By the end of the management development programme:

Each participant will have shaped their individual people management style, through improved communication techniques and more efficient time management of their work load. They will have developed some personal goals with attached metrics which can feed into their co-operative performance system.

Front-Line Managers will develop operational and strategic skills such as the importance of coaching of team members. Their leadership skills will be evaluated through psychological assessment provided by DPR Consultants and a path for leadership development will be fostered throughout the module and the one to one coaching sessions.

Each participant will gain a broader understanding of managing people and how to form the most efficient and effective team to increase motivation and productivity in a managed growth environment

Throughout this process, the participants will gain an understanding of the wider environment through industry and competitor analysis, so that their day to day decisions can consider the importance of a short and long term focus and ultimately demonstrate consideration and buy in to the strategic corporate agenda of their cooperative..

A personal plan for each participant will be designed with assigned short and long term agendas for improved behaviours.

Each member will work with their individual strengths and gain help form the training consultant on the path for working on their individual strengths and areas for improvement.
