The objectives of WSQ Provide Specialty Coffee Service are:
- To equip the learner with the foundations of preparing and serving various specialty coffees.
- To enable the participants to apply the learned skills to the workplace.
- Certify the participants who have required competencies in the WSQ unit WSQ Provide Specialty Coffee Service.
Programme Content
- Describe and recommend coffee products.
- Grind and brew coffee.
- Prepare and serve espresso.
- Prepare and serve cappuccino and latte.
