    Key Lean Six Sigma Metrics and DMAIC Methodology:

    • Understanding metrics like Sigma, DPMO, and Yield.
    • Setting up effective, cross-functional teams for project success.
    • The importance of a reliable measurement system for tracking progress.
    • Conducting root cause analysis to identify process gaps and defects.
    • Reducing process variation and implementing sustainable control measures.
