Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this training, delegates should be able to:

• Understand the key concepts of Lean Six Sigma
• Identity how it can be applied to process improvement in both Service & Transaction and Manufacturing environments
• Discuss Lean Six Sigma implementation and idenify key roles and organisational issues that may need to be addressed
