The 8 sessions of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training will cover Quality Function Deployment, The Lean Principles and Concepts, Various Analysis stages, Defining and Analyzing the process capabilities and performances, Understanding/Implementing the DOE (Design of Experiments) and Controlling the Statistical Process Control.
