By the end of this program, participants are expected to be able to:- Train the ideas, principles and concepts behind each of the Lean tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement using Lean tools
- Facilitate RCA to identify the root causes and execute countermeasures
- Improve current situation by applying Lean tools proficiently
- Lead improvement projects, perform job design and layout design

No prior experience in Lean is required. Participants are expected to have sufficient proficiency in English and basic numeracy skill.
