By the end of this program, participants are expected to be able to:- Recognize the ideas, principles and concepts behind each of the Lean tools
- Identify opportunities for improvement using 5S and waste elimination
- Investigate the root causes in the chain of causation and suggest countermeasures
- Analyze and suggest necessary actions to achieve improvement
- Execute organized tasks to solve a problem or to improve current situation

No prior experience in Lean is required. Participants are expected to have sufficient proficiency in English and basic numeracy skill.
