Leading Teams is a tailored programme for mid‑level to senior management, to help participants identify their management strengths and areas requiring development.
This is a comprehensive management skills course covering topic such as:
- Leadership and management skills
- Managing change
- Conflict management
- Sales and customer service
- Coaching skills
- Project management
- Culture and values awareness
This programme is built on the psychological theory developed by Elias Porter, the founder and author of the Relationship Awareness Theory, a window into the motivation that drives behaviour. It includes a practical learning tool for individuals and groups called SDI which is at the core of the Leading Teams course. Experience shows that after the Leading Teams course participants become more skillful and powerful in dealing with others.
