COURSE OVERVIEW
ISO 9001:2007 Lead Auditor is a competency-based 5-day course that teaches the principles and practices of effective Quality Management System (QMS) process audits in accordance with the ISO 9001 standards. The students are guided through the entire audit process, from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results. The course uses effective methods of learning through classroom tutorials, practical role-playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions.
