This is a bespoke  training course designed for 48 hours duration that  can be presented in consecutive 6 days  or in  customized version with shorter module presented over  longer period of time but not generally more than 2 weeks. Additional 1 day for Developing / Reviewing a sample Documentation Package  

You will learn :

• Annex SL and HLS and Common terminologies
• ISO 9001:2015 standard interpretation and over view
• Case studies
• Changes in the New standard and their implication in the organizations
• Documentation structure with flexibility to meet organizational needs
• Implementation Process and Strategy including  building a Team and task ;
• Develop a sample QMS documentation Package as per ISO 9001:2015
• Assessment of QMS for effectiveness and Efficiency

The course is presented by highly experienced tutors having experience in training and management system implementation and audit ;We use AL techniques for high level of engagement by the participant  using real and simulated case studies
