The Introduction to Aromatherapy and Body Massage course is a ten-week introduction to anatomy and physiology, massage movements, essential oils and aromatherapy.
Aromatherapy massage is a relaxing and therapeutic treatment.
This is a practical aromatherapy massage class - students take the course in a therapy room. The class comprises common body massage movements and the use of aromatherapy oils.
On successful completion of the course your skills will include:
- Knowledge of the major muscle groups and the skeletal system
- Essential oils and their therapeutic uses
- Practical body massage movements
