This course provides an overview of the basic features, functions, terminology and control philosophy of the Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (DCS). It will provide participants with systems level information to improve communications between various users.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
Participants will learn what a DCS system is, what it can do, what information it can provide, and what is involved in its implementation, operation and maintenance. This course is intended to assist inpiduals in system and resource management.

FOR WHOM
This course is intended for both technical and nontechnical personnel who require a high-level overview of Honeywell DCS products. These inpiduals would include, but would not be limited to, those who have responsibilities in operations, engineering, production, maintenance, purchasing, finance and human resources.

The course leader is a Honeywell accredited trainer.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
Certificates of Participation will be awarded to participants who have achieved 75% attendance for the course.
