This qualification is intended for learners working in any environmental, including retail, manufacturing, food premises, and the care environment. It is also suitable for learners who are returning to work or for those starting work for the first time. Learners gaining this qualification will know that health and safety is the responsibility of everyone within a business, including contractors, visitors and supplier. It covers the importance of health and safety in the workplace, common hazards and risks and the requirement for
