What will I learn?
If you want to study in the U.S. for Graduate school, you most likely need to take the GRE®.
Prospective graduate and business school applicants from all around the world who are interested in pursuing a master's, MBA, specialized master's in business or doctoral degree take the GRE®. Applicants come from varying educational and cultural backgrounds and the GRE® provides schools with a common measure for comparing candidates' qualifications.
GRE® scores are used by admissions or fellowship panels to supplement your undergraduate records, recommendation letters and other qualifications for graduate-level study.
Who is this course for?
This course is for any students planning to pursue Graduate studies (post-Bachelor’s Degree) in the United States where the GRE® exam is required by many universities and colleges for admission.
How will I benefit from taking this course?
You will learn all the skills and tricks necessary to increase your GRE® score. Studies show that taking a preparation course increases test scores and confidence. For many universities and college, a good GRE® score is essential to being admitted to competitive programs as well as qualifying students for financial aid such as scholarships.
How will I be assessed?
Students will take several practice tests to prepare for the time management, question type and quick thinking necessary for doing well on the GRE®.
Entry requirements
As the GRE® test is entirely in English, interested students must take an English placement test to test into this course if English is not their first language. The placement test is available at AMIDEAST for free from Sunday – Thursday.
