In this course you will be learning how to massage each other by combining the effects of Swedish and Acupressure massage to enhance their combined therapeutic effects. You will also pick up hands-on massage techniques and the understanding of muscle movements for tension release, relaxation and recovery.
Target participants
Those who are interested in the benefits and effects of massage to help your other half for health and wellness.
Format
This is taught in a group format. We cover the basics of how to massage on the shoulders, arms, neck, upper back and legs only. You will be given a set of towels to protect your modesty.
