The Forklift Truck training course introduces students to basic Forklift truck operations and give them a good understanding of forklift operations safety.The theoretical and practical applications of forklift operations. Students will receive the latest up-to-date information and teaching methods and operating techniques.

- Operating instructions, warnings and precautions
- Section 2 Differences from automobile
- Controls and Instrumentation
- Engine or motor operation
- Steering and maneuvering
- Visibility
- Stability of Powered Industrial Fork Truck
- Vehicle inspection and maintenance that the operator will be required to perform.
- Charging and recharging batteries
- Operating limitations
- Surface conditions
- Composition and stability of loads
- Load manipulation, stacking and un-stacking
- Narrow aisles
- Operating on ramps and sloped surfaces
- Operating in closed environments or areas with poor ventilation /
- Maintenance
Assessment: Continuous assessment by the trainer
Certificate: NAJMA certificate of attendance, valid for 2 year, issued On completion of the assessment.
Number of students per course: Maximum student /instructor ratio - 15: 1
