This lively and engaging training course in London will give delegates the opportunity to develop and enhance both ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ skills needed for strategic leadership., while looking at the challenges of moving towards strategic leadership roles and the process of strategic thinking. It offers opportunities to learn about recent leadership theories developed by gurus and business schools, and to review practice based on practitioner experience across the world. This training course will explore insights into corporate governance, strategy, and the role of a strategic leader.

Delegates will be encouraged to critically evaluate the importance, relevance and value of different approaches in relation to their own situation and to develop personal action plans to enable them to become more effective leaders.
