This training course will prepare you to take the world recognised Risk Management Professional certification exam, the PMI RMP®.

If you are intending to become a certified Risk Management Professional (RMP)®, then this AZTech training course is for you. This is a MUST DO for all Project Managers and those who want to become certified Risk Management Professionals. The entire training course is compliant with the latest PMBOK® Guide (6th edition) of the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.

This training course will feature:

• A thorough review of the project risk management process groups
• In-depth studies of the project risk management knowledge areas and steps
• Understanding and developing risk management plans in accordance with the PMBOK® Guide and PMI’s Risk Management Standard
• Review and hands-on practice with sample test questions, problems and practical exercises supporting risk identification, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, risk response and control
• Review and use of risk management tools and techniques
• The RMP® application and testing process, and completing a full RMP® practice test

• Understand the governance and structures behind risk management
• Distinguish between risk and issue management.
• Analyse and select appropriate tools and techniques to identify risk
• Understand the differences between qualitative and quantitative approaches to risk analysis
• Apply simulation tools and techniques such as Monte Carlo, PERT and Tornado Diagrams
• Understand how to monitor, control, and communicate project risks on a timely basis
