Effective project management is an essential process in the successful delivery of any project. However, in Engineering Projects this is even more critical, as Engineering Projects are typically larger, and more complex than most other types of project. The consequences of a failed Engineering Project can be severe, ranging from health and impacts, to environmental damage and extreme financial penalties.

It is therefore of vital importance that Engineering Projects are managed as effectively and efficiently as possible. Without this, most Engineering Projects will, at best, suffer from delays and cost over-runs but, at worst, may result in human fatalities, environmental damage, and severe financial loss.

This AZTech training course is designed to coach Project Managers and Project Team Leaders in the fundamentals of Engineering Project Management, with the aim of providing them with the knowledge and skills to successfully deliver Engineering Projects of any size or complexity.

The training course will feature:

• Understanding the fundamentals of Engineering Project Management
• Key Project Management skills needed to maximise project performance
• Planning, organising, implementing, and controlling Engineering Projects
• Managing Engineering Project risks
• Engineering Project scheduling and progress measurement techniques
