Module 2     :-     Appreciate the Opportunities and Benefits of Change

Module 3     :-     Leading Your Organisation Through Transformational Change

Module 4     :-     The Square Wheels of Managing and Leading Change

Module 5     :-     Transformational Change - Creating the New Vision

Module 6     :-     Common Causes of Resistance to Change and How to Overcome Such Resistance

Module 7     :-     Skills and Tools to Manage and Cope With Change

Module 8     :-     Ways to Inspire and Motivate Staff During a Period of Change

Module 9     :-     Exploring Our Personal Attitudes to Change

Module 10    :-     Leading and Motivating Change Amongst the Different Generations

Module 11    :-     Developing a Change Culture

Module 12    :-     Taking Personal Responsiblity for Change

Module 13    :-     The Change Process and documenting the change

This 2-day course aims to set new understanding with regards to ‘Facilitating Change’. The course will develop your personal skills to identify and manage change in such environments as the office, work shop, on shore work site and offshore working environments.
