The programme helps the learners to understand various principles of International Standards Organization (ISO) in implementing the quality standards in their organization towards quality management and control in manufacturing activities and services. The programme also exposes the learners to identify the latest quality management techniques and tools employed by various modern organizations worldwide.

Accreditation:

Trainees will be awarded with a Certificate of Attendance by VTDI. This Programme is accredited by Hull University & IAO.

Who should attend:

The programme is specifically aimed at any employee in a business or institution or organization who may be involved with or who is interested in quality management (total quality management), similarly all people (e.g. Supervisors) who may be responsible for planning, controlling or improving quality.
