An EMBA from The Fox School of Business will challenge you to engage in pertinent and timely debate on issues important to you as an executive. You'll see how management theories and research can be put to practical use in guiding your daily decisions. Your cohort will dive into case studies and use problem based learning concepts to best position your organization to meet the challenges of a global business environment.
Admission Requirements
Ideally, you should hold a four-year bachelors degree (or its equivalent) and a minimum of 7 years work and 3 years managerial experience. Our Singapore cohorts have averaged 13 years of working experience.
Admission Criteria
Admission to the Executive MBA program is a competitive process in which your experience, aptitude, potential, and managerial skills are assessed. Enrollment is limited and participants are chosen based on their ability to bring unique skills and experiences to the cohort learning environment.
Selection factors include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- College transcripts (degree and non-degree)
- GPA of 3.0 (GMAT score may be submitted if GPA below 3.0)
- Language proï¬ciency of IETLS 7.5/TOEFL 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer) and 100 (iBT) required if undergraduate or graduate degree earned was not taught in English
- Minimum age of 25
- 7 years of working experience preferred

Curriculum
During the ï¬rst part of the program, the focus is on enhancing students expertise in analyzing and solving business problems. Pertinent coursework includes:
- Foundation courses in accounting, economics and statistics
- Strategic management and leadership
- Cost analysis, information management and ï¬nance
Within the second half, students build upon what they have already learned with course work that focuses on marketing, operations management and global strategic planning.

Advanced Managerial Courses challenge you to use the knowledge gained in the foundation courses to develop the critical management skills for strategic decision making in the global business environment. The program culminates in a Capstone course that lets you integrate your new skills in all functional areas. No thesis is required.
