Our best-selling programme! This programme leverages on organisational and social psychology to help high performers increase their self-awareness. The course will empower leaders with essential knowledge and practical tools to know themselves better through understanding their Life Scripts and Life Positions. The programme will increase leaders’ awareness of how to manage themselves and their team during stressful periods. Leaders can be expected to hone their communication skills, leadership and behavioural styles, and learn how to motivate their staff more effectively.
