This programme is for candidates new to supervising, or who has not received formal Supervisory Skills training. The programme covers all the important areas a supervisor will face in the workplace viz., handling different work situations and different kinds of people. Practical exercises and case studies used to train the skills and techniques a successful supervisor needs to use in their everyday working environment.

Trainees will be awarded with a Certificate of Attendance by VTDI. This Programme is accredited by Hull University & IAO.
