The Diploma of Training Design and Development will equip you with the skills and knowledge to structure learning programs and/or courses to meet the needs of an individual or organisation. You will gain competence in designing assessment tools and evaluating training programs that have run to determine whether they have achieved their desired outcome. You will also learn how to implement Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) processes and conduct validation schedules that will satisfy the compliance requirements.

What employment opportunities will I have?

This course may provide you with employment opportunities as a Training Developer, RTO Manager, Instructional Designer or as a Senior Educator.
