BHCK Diploma in Management teaches the fundamentals of management. The program will develop learning outcomes in areas such as management principals, business communication, management of human resources and organizational strategy. Upon completion of the course students should have developed communication skills, critical thinking, financial judgment and management, managerial technique and conflict resolution. A diploma in Management is a two year diploma. Students will need to complete 63 credit hours to graduate with a Diploma in Management.
Career Pathway
Students with a diploma of Management are able to continue toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
Diploma Components
The 63 credits of the Diploma are composed of:
- 18 credits of General Education courses
- 21 credits of Core Business courses
- 24 credits of Specialist courses

We_They currently offers six diploma programs in the fields of Management, Marketing , Banking Services Management , Graphic Design , Interior Design and Decoration and Website Development. The program disciplines currently offered by We_They require 2 years of post-secondary full time study exclusive of any preparatory requirements.
