There are many organizations which have a code of conduct that represents the values of those organizations and shows their standards. A code of ethics is very important and significant for any business, as breaking the ethical principles can create some serious troubles for the companies with customers and with other associations or government authorities. Code of ethics set for an organization, makes easier the decision-making process at any level of an organization because it reduces the ambiguity and boosts the confidence of members of an organization.
The Strong ethical culture within a company is vital to safeguard the company’s assets. By following office ethics employees promote ethics at a workplace and give respect to company’s assets. It boosts the employees’ courage and pride along with discouraging them from stealing equipment or supplies.
The unit provides a broad overview of the three-phase model, the problem-solving model, and the problem-solving toolkit; it also describes the various concerned topics named as perception, analysis, brainstorming, checkerboard, research and report, evaluation and decision making.
This informative unit aims to explain planning, implementation and force field analysis.
On the completion of this unit, candidates will be able to understand the legitimizing problems and positions, ethical decision-making tools and advanced processes including a look at the Kidder process.
