Rapidly changing environment sets new success measures, obstacles, and provide multiple alternatives. We make decisions every day ranging from the relatively easy decision to the more difficult decision. Regardless of the nature of the decision, having a clear process helps to achieve a better result because you are forced to identify the critical elements which lead to a good decision.

Course Overview
This two day workshop will provide you with practical tools necessary to become an effective decision maker. You will learn a structured process to uncover hidden and actual roots of problems, a reframing matrix and other methods to generate imaginative, inventive solutions with a perspective to a positive outcome.
