Corporate strategy is concerned with strategic management of multi market firms to achieve sustainable, profitable growth for the enterprise. It tackles the advantages and disadvantages of internal growth, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring efforts.

This program helps review different directions of corporate growth, investigating the impact of global competition on international expansion strategies. A deeper understanding of the design and functioning of processes allows managers to influence the organization to be more accepting of strategic change.
