This course will introduce:
- The circumstances under which a company may be required to prepare consolidated financial statements
- The fundamental rules and techniques for preparing consolidated accounts
- The presentation of consolidated accounts, and related disclosure requirements in accordance with IFRS
With numerous technical examples to demonstrate and practice consolidation techniques, this course will give participants the skills they need to prepare and review consolidated financial statements
