The overall aim of the course is to provide delegates with the skills to manage conflict within their own areas of responsibility
General Aims
- Delegates who successfully complete this module will:
- Develop a greater awareness of their personal style in dealing with conflict
- Understand how their personal style impacts on the management of conflict
- Understand the role of conflict within group organisational life
- Develop an analytical framework for understanding and managing conflict in the workplace
- Develop the skills applicable to managing conflict in the workplace

Qualtec was established by Sean Kelleher in 1993. Sean has a Science Degree from, NUI Maynooth, a Masters in Industrial Engineering from UCD, an MBA from the Smurfitt School of Business, a Higher Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from DCU and a Postgraduate Degree in Adult and Community Education from NUI Maynooth.

Qualtec are now recognised as the leading Irish provider of Instructor programmes. These include, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Forklift and Occupational First Aid.
