Advancement in technology has introduced the new ways to communicate and for this purposes Modern Communication Technologies (ICTs) performed a crucial role to establish up-to-dated communication systems at workplaces. Modern communication strategies must be in a compliance with ICTs to accomplish the aims and objectives of an organization.
Up-stream and down-stream flow of information in organizations are based on the communication systems in place. The flow of information depends upon the communication strategy adopted by the organizations allowing the management to clearly monitor the various communication channels efficiently.
Effective communication strategies always forge and maintain connections and permits efficient working of the business for achieving the organizational goals. Verbal communication strategies, non-verbal communication strategies and visual communication strategies can be adopted as per the needs of the organization. Adopting a valuable strategy facilitate to identify the information blockages in the communication channels and thus allowing the organizations to perform in a better way towards success.
This unit demonstrates the various communication strategies. It includes an exploration of various topics such as setting a goal for each communications piece, setting the objective and building core strength along with the key words and ideas.
