The Level 5 Management and Leadership Award from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) designed for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who seek to develop or enhance key skills such as personal development as manager, managing resources and information management.
These qualifications are designed for practicing middle managers who wish to develop their core management skills and practices. Each standalone unit is an Award.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this Award in Planning For Development participants will:
- Be able to devise a human resource plan for a work area, to meet organisational objectives
- Be able to identify and plan for inpidual development to meet organisational objectives
- Be able to initiate a personal development plan for an inpidual
- Be able to evaluate the progress of the plan
