Edwin is an accredited adjudicator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, and a member of the Construction Adjudication Accreditation Committee, an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the National University of Singapore, author of Building Contract Law in Singapore, and one of the general editors of the annual Singapore Construction Adjudication Review.

Mr Chuah has been appointed to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s Main Panel of Arbitrators and is an accredited Adjudicator

Raymond Chan is currently a Partner of Chan Neo LLP, a firm of Advocates and Solicitors. Raymond is listed in the 2012 Edition of the International Who’s Who of Construction Lawyers as a Leading Construction Lawyer in Singapore. He was the Past President of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is actively involved in both domestic and international arbitrations.
