The Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is suitable for employees who spend some of their time on process improvement teams or in analyzing and solving quality problems. Typical participants include managers, internal consultants, change agents, project managers and team leaders and should be working under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt.

The training provided through the Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt provides participants with strong problem solving skills developed through the implementation of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) model. Learning to use many of the Six Sigma problem solving methodologies and statistical tools will equip participants with valuable skills to effect meaningful change in their organisations.
