This module aims to provider learners with the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to increase their capacity to source and secure suitable employment or further training/education and to manage themselves appropriately in a work/training environment.

Programme Aim:

This module aims to provider learners with the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed to increase their capacity to source and secure suitable employment or further training/education and to manage themselves appropriately in a work/training environment.

At the end of the course the learner will be able to:

• Explore appropriate work or training/education opportunities
• Explore personal qualities and interests and match these to potential and appropriate employment opportunities.
• Plan and prepare for entry into the workplace or further training/education at an appropriate level to their personal profile.

This programme will allow learners to become more self-aware and offer opportunities for learners to become ready to access further education and training programmes and/or employment.
