It provides an introduction to the important areas of business theory and training in the relevant computer practices used in the modern office/business environment. Students may progress for further studies in this area.

Entry requirements

• Students will be expected to have passed the Leaving Certificate or Leaving Certificate Applied examination (Merit Level) or equivalent.

Certification

Successful completion of the course will lead to a FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) Level 5 Business Studies Certificate.
