Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is a sub-set of Total Quality Management (TQM) and helps achieve operational excellence across businesses and functions to enhance customer satisfaction. Operational excellence is achieved by continually improving processes and by improving business mindset. This will create simplified processes, faster delivery, higher quality and improved efficiency. The aim of this course will be to equip finance industry employees with the knowledge and skill-sets necessary to adopt a structured approach to improving processes, understand the components of managing quality projects and embed people and process change.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Identify areas that are not meeting customer expectations
  • Re-engineer processes for faster turnarounds and better customer experience
  • Understand the different BPR tools available for the right usage
  • Use Business Process Reengineering tools to build customer service mindsets
  • Drive projects to achieve quality objectives and sustain performance
  • Use continuous improvement to raise an organization’s performance

Target Audience

The course is targeted at middle managers in the area of banking services.
