At the time of planning for the future of the business, the company aims to secure its future and plans its objective and goals which a company requires to accomplish. During this planning phase, a company goes through the different activities such as creativity, advancement, setting goals, predicting problem and its solutions and managing money through successful budgeting.
This unit provides a comprehensive overview of the concept of planning for the future successfully along with explaining strategic planning and the strategic plan pyramid. Furthermore it describes the differences between replacing and succeeding along with providing the different strategies for managing money.
On the completion of this unit learners will be equipped to identify the goals with SPIRIT and the different approaches for setting achievable goals. Discover what the budget is and how it can be managed successfully.
