Business Mandarin Workshop for Managers and Executives is tailored for busy Managers and Executives whom are interested to learn and use Mandarin in formal Business settings.

This training workshop aims to help busy managers and executives acquire essential business mandarin communication skills and cultural knowledge needed for today’s business community, particularly in the China market.

Conducted using an interactive-learning approach, learners will benefit from the interactive-teaching approach by participating actively in class activities and having the opportunities to practice their communication skills in different business scenarios.

Day 1

• Self-Introduction
• Organization Introduction
• Business Etiquette
• Business Negotiation

Day 2

• Overview of Singapore
• Overview of China
• Culture Differences
• Business Correspondences
• Business Presentation

Enquiry Requirement

• Minimum C6 Pass in 'O' level Chinese or equivalent.

Trainer and Delivery

• CTrainers are effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, with real world business knowledge. The class activities are designed to be learner-centric and will incorporate real-life work scenarios. This workshop will engage participants in presentations and practices to maximise learning and absorption.

Assessment & Certificate

• Participants who have attained at least 75% attendance will be awarded with a Certificate of Attendance by the Institute.
