Business Leadership Programme helps you build skills as a leader so that you can lead your business to growth and success. A group workshops and one-to-one coaching to help you develop your business.

Course Content:

• A short series of practical half-day group workshops over 6 months.
• Support from an experienced business mentor during and between workshops.
• Learning is practical and dynamic with a strong emphasis on business impact.
• Mentoring will explore effective practices and opportunities to drive business performance.

Learning Outcomes:

• With the support of a professional business mentor, you will be able to: Review your business and your own performance as a manager.
• Develop and share the company strategy with your team.
• Ensure everyone in the organisation contributes on an on-going basis to the successful execution of the Strategy.
• Ensure that on-going review of progress is self-sustaining. Develop new habits and behaviours to overcome legacy thinking, habits and behaviours.
• Identify how to ensure daily activities deliver the strategic plans.

Course Requirements:

• This programme is ideal for business owners and managers who have 5 to 100 employees and who have a team to implement strategy, introduce systems and take on delegated tasks and responsibilities.
