The Business Growth Programme helps you build skills as a manager so that you can develop and grow a profitable and sustainable business. Group workshops and one-to-one coaching over 6 months.

Course Content:

There are three elements to this programme:

  1. Opening coaching session to review your current business performance and agree the objectives you would like to achieve from participating on the programme. This is a three-hour one-to-one session incorporating a company diagnostic.
  2. Six one-day workshops with a group of other owners and managers focusing on the following key areas for performance improvement: Financial Planning, Time Management, Sales & Marketing, Building a Successful Team & Systemising your Business Customer Service.
  3. Six hour-long one-to-one coaching sessions focused on delivering results for your business. During the one-day workshops (10am - 4pm), you will be given practical solutions that can be immediately applied to your business. You will have access to Business Coaching Irelands' comprehensive library of world-class business tools and templates for use during this programme. The follow-up coaching sessions are used to ensure you make significant progress with respect to the specific challenges facing you and your business. You will complete a monthly focus sheet which clearly defines the top 3-4 goals to be achieved within the following 4 weeks. Each coaching session lasts an hour and focuses on meeting these goals.

  • Further develop your management capability and business skills.
  • Identify, understand and track the key numbers that will deliver your business success.
  • Develop your sales and marketing expertise in order to increase sales and profits.
  • Learn how to build and lead a highly motivated effective team who will look after your customers and build your business.

Course Requirements:

  • Participants interested in this programme should ideally be Owner Manager or Manager in an SME business.

نبذة عن معهد ACIST Skillnet

ACIST Skillnet provides subsidised training to private sector companies based mainly but not limited to the Mid-Theyst Region of Ireland. This Skillnets network was founded in 2006 and has trained over 5000 people in a range of disciplines but particularly focussing on the Tourism sector. They provide off the shelf courses to companies and also develop training specifically designed for business needs. Training is provided for all levels of employees.

ACIST Skillnet is funded by member companies and the Training Networks Programme, an initiative of Skillnets Ltd. Funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Education, Training and Skills. Skillnets funds and facilitates training through over 80 networks of private sector companies, in a range of sectors and regions.
