Communicating in English isn't just about language. It's about projecting yourself confidently, building rewarding relationships and ultimately achieving your goals. Classes prepare students to effectively write emails, letters, reports, communicate on the telephone, deal with visitors, participate in meetings, negotiate and deliver presentations.

This three-level course is for professionals in a wide range of working environments, from traditional business contexts to the public and voluntary sectors. Reflecting the work-life balance of busy adults, it prepares learners for the business and social communication demands of day-to-day working life.
