Legal Procedures and Administration (30 guided learning hours)
â—¦ Understand procedures related to health, safety and security
â—¦ Understand relevant legislation
â—¦ Know the main clauses contained in a contract of employment and employment procedures
Customer Service in an Administrative Environment (30 guided learning hours
â—¦ Understand the needs and expectations of all customers
â—¦ How to build customer relationships
â—¦ How to deal with customer problems
Administrative functions (30 guided learning hours)

Organising and supporting meetings
