The Banking Induction Program, offered by the Centre for Banking and Financial Studies was developed in consultation with the major banks operating in Qatar.  Based on articulated human resource needs of the rapidly growing banking industry, the program was designed to equip new entrants with a solid foundation in front line financial service skills.

This thirteen week intensive program covers a range of technical, language and personal development areas. The program aims to work with the learners to help develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes to become self-sufficient front line service providers.

Delivered in the College of the North Atlantic Qatar’s world class learning environment and using well-qualified banking professionals as trainers, this program will prepare your new employees to contribute effectively from day one in the branch. The Banking Induction program also has the potential to bring together new trainees from across your organisation and bond them into a team.
